Learning goals

1. My family: In this lesson we introduce our family and we show what the hobbies of the individual members are. Naturally, this mainly concerns sentences with the verb "to love".

2. On in above: these are so called prepositions to indicate a certain place/position. For instance in the sentence: the flowers are on the table. The word on is a preposition telling you where to find the flowers.

3. Pronunciation. Again we will introduce short videos to learn pronunciation. This is the last lesson about pronunciation and it is rather extended so we can imagine that it is too much for "a first time". Please divide this section into parts and do these parts at different times!

4. Personal pronouns are words like: I, she, he, etc. The words are used to indicate a certain person.

5. More sentences: a part that can be considered as some kind of exercise. You will see how our illustration language helps you with understanding the words and the meanings of the sentences that are offered.

6 see, hear, smell: basic words with respect to our senses

7 colors: the names of the colors and some sentences.

8. counting: we start from 0 - 10 and then we proceed.

9 the: the Dutch equivalent is of the English word "the".

10 clock: in fact our topic is time.
